We utilize certified tea artisans and evaluators from the Tea Improvement Station as the foundation for research and development.

We regularly visit and learn from each branch manager at the Tea Improvement Station to create a comprehensive expertise in various tea categories.

Our team is comprised of professionals with national certifications as tea artisans, evaluators, tea artists, as well as certifications from organizations such as the Specialty Coffee Association(SCA) and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
